These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the shufflespotloopster.com website, digital pattern simulation tools, hardware modules, power controllers, and mounting accessories produced by Shufflespot Loopster Technologies Ltd.

1. User Responsibilities

By utilizing our web applications or placing orders for LumaTile hardware, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Hardware Installation & Safety

LumaTile systems operate on Class 2 low-voltage 24V DC power rails. While safe to touch under standard conditions:

Users must strictly utilize certified LumaTile Power Injection Bricks and comply with tile limits per single injection circuit (maximum 48 HexaCore or 64 Prism Triangle modules per 120W unit).
Ceiling installations require the use of secondary mechanical anchors in compliance with applicable building codes.

3. 3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

All authentic LumaTile lighting tiles and power hubs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for thirty-six (36) months from delivery date.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Legal claims must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, United Kingdom.
